I asked DW to pick up chicken feed last spring when she was in town at TSC, she sends me a message, 'ducks are a dollar' NO! Pretty funny cause she hates my birds. Costs way to much $$ to feed them.
Then sends me a pick of a box on the passenger seat with 'It's your fault'
Got seven for $6, three pekins and four mallards.. I didn't want ducks again
Then oldest DDs BFs dad got way to many turkey poults at a feed store on sale decided it was to expensive to feed all of them so asks her mom if we wanted a couple, sure she says so I get two free
Did process them this winter way too late 50lbs apiece... Was a expensive yr for feed.
Still have the ducks...and way to many chickens...

I'll process these in about 4 months

We usually hug puppies or horses instead. And on rare occasions even people.
~ @SnapdragonQ. ... I wanna hug a horse! Right round the neck, where I can feel its strength and smell its horsey sweat. Then I will know all is well with the world again. And I can fill my lungs with the sweet grassy smell of it, and smile, and die happy.

If you lived closer I'd let you hug my boys.

I'd even give you a curry brush because it's spring....and well, you need to totally immerse yourself in the full and fuzzy equine experience.
And be prepared for a muddy face in your face getting you muddy too. Because someone can't keep his muddy nose to himself.
