Or both. If depression arlready exists and there is someone there who can't understand it and instead driving it deeper by throwing blame it's a bad situation. As I'm slowly learning from my recent divorce
It's hard for people to understand.No one asked for depression or wants it to exist I understand exactly why is there so to have someone blame you for something you want so badly to go away is really killer
No one should let that happen

I'm glad they don't offer garbage pick up in my area. There are a lot of disposable syringes from we having to give my cat medicine and that being the only way to get it in her. Somebody saw my garbage I'm sure I'd end up witH pamphlets or more

You are correct......... In my life, I was so busy building my castle, I didn't realize Id'e be walking down it's dark hallways all alone! I want to thank you friend, I never usually get this personal with anyone, but you "hit the nail on the head" with me. Thank you! Time for me to motivate, and do something different. PS, You probably saved my life... as pathetic as that sounded!

I've had severe depression for 10 years and I believe doing stuff truly helps your mental state.it releases endorphins the feel goods in your body.

I miss having my weekends where I could go walk around the stores. I was thinking about wearing my mask and going to a big huge greenhouse this weekend to walk around and get some veggie plants.

We have so much to do this weekend though. I have to put together our new coop, set up roosts in the new coop, visit my parents, we have eggs hatching like crazy so I have to put them all in the brooder, and the puppy needs a grooming.

That should help the blues that I have.
