I don't know if I am hallucinating or not. But a short time ago - got all kinds of error messages while on BYC. Bad gateway, notice that my backup whatever on computer was out, nothing was functioning right. Shut down computer - laid down for awhile (in case I was hallucinating). Got up - back to BYC and everything is just fine. Does that mean I was hacked or something.

Had a message a few days ago that someone on BYC was hacking me. Another BYCer said she got the same message. What the heck ???????? Makes me wonder if some of the new members I welcome are legit or not.

That is super odd/weird/something the powers that be need to know for sure!

Is there anything in the feedback section?.....imma go look.

@drumstick diva you might want to start a thread there. I am sure Nifty doesn't want hacking going on through BYC.

"Pilots must execute a minimum number of flight hours to maintain proficiency," according to a joint statement from the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force. "These flyovers will incur no additional cost to taxpayers."

One person's reason is another's excuse. It's easy to manipulate the information to fit your view or agenda. They do not provide any supporting information for that claim and we are just expected to accept it.

What are the minimum hours required? Are all of the pilots under that number? By when do they need to complete it? What do they normally do to complete it? and most importantly...How many extra hours are they flying by doing these? The last question will never be answered and by just saying...they need a minimum number of hours to maintain proficiency, is a blow off response.

If this is standard procedure "to maintain proficiency" then we would see them out flying in formation a lot more often. But we never have.

Oh well, good for the front line people being shown some love. I'll take a break from random rambling and ranting the rest of today

I live in the middle of nowheres and not real far from an Air Force base.
We do see all sorts of military aircraft out flying maneuvers all the time.
Lots of times they're super low so you get a great view and some shake the h€ll out of our windows.
Stealths are of course our favorites but I really like the huge cargo planes and helicopters.
Usually they have a few types one right after another. It's really cool for my little one.

We went to a swim meet in Norfolk Virginia and they have a military base there and they were doing training in the planes and it was so cool. We got to see them do a lot of aerial moves. The kids were paying more attention to the planes than their actual swimming event

I'm less then a hour from Whiteman AFB. The home of the stealth bombers. We've seen them flying and on the ground many times.
There's a new stealth bomber coming out within a year so at least we can watch for them soon enough.

Ya my brother go laid off from a transmission shop. They're still open but lack of work got over half laid off. He doesn't get the extra $600 but still draws the same as when he worked.
Because of the virus scare he has been down at the lake in a friends lake house. Fishing and bitching all day. I work and make less then he draws so I'm not wanting to hear it.
My sister got her stimulus check for her and her kids. Went out and blew it on stupid st!t and is now crying that she can't find no place that will help (by help she means pay them for her.) With all her utilities. I didn't qualify for a stimulus check so didn't recieve one.
Not to keen on hearing her whining either.
My mom raised to believe if someone wants to work there's ALWAYS a job out there.
Seems I'm the only one of us that listened.

My brother was given a house to live in , by my parents. His girlfriend gives him money. Why should he bother working? He doesn't because he's a jerk.

Our Gov would like to repeal 2nd ammendment if he could.
Remington offered to make medical supplies here.
“The Remington plant in Ilion NY now has approximately one million square feet of unused and available manufacturing space,” said Ken D’Arcy, chief executive officer of Remington Arms in a March 23 letter to Cuomo.
“We would be honored to donate our facility to the production of ventilators, surgical masks, hospital beds or any other products mission-critical to the war on coronavirus.”
Cuomo as he was begging the Federal Govt for supplies told Remington no thanks close, and ordered a thousand ventilators from China. Thankfully they never even used the ventilators already in storage.

If they are made in China, they are made to break down. Politicians irk me.
