While there are ads on tv etc that places are hiring....if they aren't in driving distance for me (40 miles) then it's not feasable.

Yes. Every person in my household is high risk. I am fortunate that my hubs and son are able to and still working. I am doing what I can to provide here. Chickens for eggs and garden is going in with a wide variety. It is all I can do and does keep me busy 10-14 hours a day when added to housework.

I do not feel unproductive.

Yeah, I’ve been working on the garden and taking care of the animals too. Takes a surprising amount of time. My mom is still working because her store is considered “essential” because they sell food (mostly snacks/processed stuff) and sanitation stuff but really it’s mostly a junk/discount store. It really is so stupid what’s considered “essential.” My dad works from home. They’re both somewhat high risk especially my dad.

Between regular household work, yardwork, critter needs, veggie garden and needing to build a duck house I am buried in tasks.

Oh wow you really are!!! Hahah I mostly just do the animals and garden but I need to start working on the coop again. It’s been pretty bad weather. And I’m going to start helping around more aha

Right now while the dogs nap I am taking a "break" and running laundry. In a few minutes I am going to clean the bathroom and sweep the floors. We have zero carpet in the house so it is more than just a small room.

Oh wow you really do keep busy!! I was just in Walmart and now going to TSC and then home to work on more outside stuff. Trying to do the outside stuff while it’s not raining

Same here! I like working at home better though. I can deal with animals a lot better than I can people. I only deal with people every couple days when the farm has sales.

I honestly am thinking about drinking some alcohol this weekend because it's been a rough week. I drink maybe twice a year.
