Duck coop work called off for the rest of the day. I pulled my back and can hardly stand....bending is not going to happen. It started to rain anyway.

I am. I will be ok....just overdid it with the building the walls while they are laid flat down low.
Tomorrow I will be out of town from 6am to around 1pm. Yup stuck in a car with a bad back. That should be extra fun.
When I get home I am back to framing that coop. I was on the 4th wall.

I overdid it with my work outs earlier LOL

There was a bit of a contest/game/competition/challenge going on.

Ended up doing 125 squats (at different times lol did do 75 of them in one sitting though ), 25 sit ups, and 15 push ups LOL

I went crazy LOL
