I think that I've gotten one or two... if not a headache, then at least a funny feeling, and an annoying prickling all over my face from the sweat.

Shut up, yes, everybody just shut up. I know, I sure (stepped in it) after I sent that comment, But she really did peck me on the head, "Telling me, it was time to wake up" and I brought her back out with all the other birds. No, I'm not mad at any of you, But i'm sure someone reading this, probably thought I was. SO....

They be skeered of you, not the shanty!
I'm currently sitting against the heating pad from yesterday's digging....really hoping the car trip doesn't make it worse for you. If so, just give the waddle tots an apology, from a distance, and some extra goodies in their dinner. They will forgive you.
You know how toddlers can be...
Yay! Progress. With me spending time out there they are being less freakish about me.
They were napping, playing in water and eating with me just a couple feet away today.
Yesterday they all were in bed in the shanty when I closed the coops....all on their own.
Our prom night was two weeks ago. After posting pictures of herself in the dress and fancy shoes she should have been wearing, DD went to bed early, curled up around her dog. It about broke my heart!Awe, it’s prom night.
So I laughed for nothing?... Wait a second, did I post that in the wrong thread? Oops.
No... well, the squat competition was going on in the 22 million posts thread -- I got confused for a minute and thought that KDOG posted in that one a couple posts ago.
Sorry about that!
Yay! Progress.
...hmm.....perhaps taking longer on the waddle cabin could be a good thing!

Tonight, we finally got word that "graduation" will be a one-at-a-time deal, with the kids walking solo across the cafeteria stage to get their diplomas from the principal. They can have four guests. Four. All have to arrive in the same car, wear masks the entire time, and leave as soon as their grad crosses the stage ... so the principal can disinfect his hands in preparation for the next graduate. No audience full of family. No hugs. No party. No high fives or good-byes to their friends. Nothing. It's okay, at least they're getting to walk across the stage. But no, it's not okay, either. This whole thing just stinks. We all understand. We accept that this is the right thing to do. But, there aren't words ... or meds ... or drinks ... strong enough to fix this, or even to make it "okay." "Stinks" doesn't even come close ... but it's the strongest I'll let myself put in print.![]()
