Lol...trust me, it tastes just like regular brownies or chocolate cake. The zucchini disappears.
Much like if you use applesauce in place of some of the butter or oil.

I love putting apple sauce in cake, my mom used to do it all the time, but zucchini is still weird to me! LOL any reason why? Just healthier or? Maybe I’d have to try it lol

zucchini is healthy, and a kind of blank slate--doesn't affect the taste. I use it to add some veggie goodness to sweets

I don’t think I’ve ever had that. Might have to try that and zucchini brownies haha is it like chunks or small pieces or ?

you grate it and squeeze out the moisture--it kind of just cooks into the batter or dough
