Well, I shant wish you a happy birthday when you feel like it won't be one. And of course there's so many countless platitudes to offer... Like remember it won't always feel this bad, you have family who loves you, some days are good... But frankly, some days just suck, and it sucks to live through them. It just hits you like a ton of bricks and it's hard to get back up again, and I'm sorry you're going through that. You don't deserve to have hard times.

Instead I will share my favorite internet cat videos with you and hope they make you feel slightly better today.
THANK YOU!

Good morming my chicken friends, I have been reading along now and then to your lovely and sometimes heartbreaking stories and occasionally adding a post here and there.
It has now been 6 months since I had Covid-19 myself. I got it early, as I work in the medical field and my exposure was high early on, before we were even recommending masks to the general population.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences with COVID-19, your recovery, your daughter's education, the pandemic, and chickens. Thank you, too, for working in the health care field. I'm so grateful you recovered from the virus, but hear so many scary things about "long haulers" who have lingering effects. Hope your symptoms go away soon and you make a 100% recovery.

Thank you so much for your comments. It is very thoughtful and kind of you, I appreciate it.🥰

I am still working at a dialysis center but now everyone has wear a mask. Since i am on an immunosuppressant I don’t like being around anyone that doesn’t wear a mask and follow social distancing guidelines.

Fencing was hard to get. It actually took months. RK chick manager said they sold about 1800 chick in 4 days when the pandemic hit our state and school’s closed. I want to have a food source if SHTF.

Stay safe and keep practicing social distancing guidelines. 🥰 I am sure this pandemic has caused many people to get into chickens who had never thought about it before! When I posted extra chicks I hatched earlier this year on craigslist, I literally sold them within five minutes! I think many others on this forum have had the same experience. Difficult finding chick starter, fencing materials, chicken coops anything to do with chicken raising has been a hot item😊

So far my truck is good! I don’t trust others in my truck and I honestly don’t trust many mechanics. I have not been pleased with the work I’ve had done on other vehicles so I am doing my own... only issue with my new truck (new to me) is it’s diesel and I know gas vehicles 😂 No better time to learn.
@electrycmonk knows a lot about trucks. :D at least I think he does if I remember right?

What year, make & model is it?
Long or short bed? Cab size? 2 or 4wd? Dual or SRW? (Sadly I can assume it's an automatic as over the last 15+ years the percentage of manual tranny trucks dropped to near zero. If you'd like some "booster shot" - shoot me a PM and that way you can have easier retrieval for your learning curve to flatten out faster and with less surprises.

Yuppers. I am far from a truck guru. I seek them out in the forums. /humbly bows

I have done a lot of mods to my trucks and cars.
My current truck is an upgrade because the supercab was not enough legroom for kiddos & I wanted a standard with 4wd.
It's been tuned & tweaked. It breaths a lot easier. A removable lift gate I scored from Craigslist a decade ago and kept when I sold the previous truck. I moved the batteries outta the engine bay to have a cooler life on the frame rail under the bed & finally got a gear vendors aux overdrive in Feb/March of this year.

Blah blah blah, torque wrench.
He said what & did that too?
Whatevah, next post.....
