Bp medicine still isnt working. Called the doctor only to find how shes on vacation:barnieI spoke to her nurse though. She asked if I got the doctors message and when I said that she never called she said "oh she must have forgot. Well she said lets just wait and see if this medicine works. She wants to bring you in to address the anxiety". Really getting annoyed. I feel like a lab rat there experimenting on. She said if I get dizzy again to go to the ER and she ordered a urine test to see if I have an infection. It takes 3 days for the culture to grow so we will have to see.
 
Omg. I just found this AMAZING program that my mental health clinic offers. I just did a round of meditation with it and I feel freaking amazing. Best of all it is completely free. No doctors appointments nothing. I'm already learning things about myself I didn't know. If anyone else is suffering from anxiety check with your local mental health facility. Theyve made a LOT more options for people. I've been panicking all day but I feel so much better right now. Here's the breathing exercise I did just in case anyone else is having issues:

Get as comfy as you can. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Just focus on your breathing. Slowly close your eyes and continue to focus on your breathing.

Imagine there's a bright sun right over your head. Just breath and feel its warmth. Appreciate its warmth. It's nice. Big cloudless blue sky. Everything here just feels...safe. Remember to keep breathing.

Now imagine theres some dark clouds moving in. They completely cover your blue sky. Keep breathing but just say audibly out how that makes you feel. Do you feel scared? Hopeless? Lonely?

But remember. There's still that warm sun shining behind the clouds. It's still there. It never left. It's still in that big beautiful sky. Now how do you feel? Impatient? Sad?

Now just allow yourself to wipe those black clouds away. Go on. There's the big blue sky again. The big warm sun. Just reflect in it and keep breathing. Slowly open your eyes and just relax.

This was really helpful to me so Im posting it just in case anyone else needs it. Anxiety is a big issue right now and not everyone will have access to the things my dr. is providing. I actually broke out in tears when the big mean clouds took away my blue sky. I love my blue sky :oops:

Good morning everybody.

Not much to report that is different in the Covid news this morning. Everybody is just talking omicron and how it's causing a Covid surge. People are rushing to get tested before seeing family for the holidays.

I've been going through the dizziness! For years now. I just came back from yet another ENT. Can't help me. Going to a nephrologist because a 24 HR urine catch showed something's going on.. possible nodule on kidney problem. Neurologist, can't help me. They can't figure me out, but this ENT did say, along with my last neuro that they think it is a neurology problem along with something else. They just can't figure it out. 🙄 I'm hoping yours will be way. We tried the BP meds first thing. Got one that is helping, but still makes me..woozy. Is your BP messed up? Low..high? .one is high without meds, of course, I'm old!
 
Sorry, I meant to say that is very scary, looks like another wave of covid coming..mandatory masks again in California’s.
We don't see masks here. Of course we do in Drs offices. We have anywhere from 10 to 27 people dieing every 3 days. That's when they update. Every few days. Actually this morning it was only 7. Still .😔.
