The only place I have HAD to wear a mask in town is Walmart. They just started today on their own. ( Their right to insist. My right to decide if I want to enter. )

I have a note from Doc. no mask for me. Yes, I get turned away from a lot but I honestly can't wear one. So, I go without a lot.

Matter of fact..... when I invade the kitchen and make a glorious mess cooking, she's HAPPY about it. Something about 'not having to cook dinner AND clean up after it'

The rule here, which I instated maybe 15 years ago, is he who cooks doesn't have to clean up. And I make dinner 99% of the time it is made at home. Got tired of full time job, all the grocery shopping and cooking and cleaning up after.

SMH over all these tests, no matter availability and cost.

Do they even differentiate between Delta and Omicrom, I doubt it.

Grand daughter and fiance' have covid, grandson came home from college with Covid, Daughter and SIL have been exposed, older grandson is not coming home from Ca. because of this mess - that eliminates one family. Son and family are not coming (have to protect us oldies) unless they get negative tests - highly unlikely. Looks like it's just the Princess and me for Christmas. I feel worst for the grandson in Ca. - he and girlfriend just broke up, and he will be alone for Christmas. This is getting OLD.

The owners of my print shop where I work tested positive for covid. They are both in their 90s. Please pray for them. I work tomorrow but the owners havent been in because theyve been sick since friday. Their grandson assured me everything has been sanitized. Either way I'll be doing my due diligence.

Yes they both are and boostered. Moderna I believe at least for the vax. The patriarch has been ill for a week. His wife has been testing daily with all negatives. Theyre in the ER right now awaiting her results.
