Neither i nor my wife wants the vaccine but her employer is pushing thier employees to get vaccinated stopping short of requiring it. She decided to go ahead and get it and my employer says its totally up to the individual but I went ahead and got mine today in support of my wife's decision to get it. So far a feel fine. I hate needles but didn't feel it and the site feels fine I guess time will tell.

Good for you! (Supporting DW.)
I got two J&Js and a Moderna. The Moderna was the only one that hurt.
DD got two Modernas and was a little queezy a couple hours each time.
DW got a Pfizer and a sore arm. It seems to be very individualized.

So... on Dec 12th my mother had her oxygen reduced and passed a few hours after.
Covid was a very painful illness and she died a horrible death. One I would not wish on anyone, no mater what.
Not to mention hospital staff, exposing others etc. She obviously had an underlying condition she was unaware of but her life ended badly, painfully, sadly from covid.
Shocked the geezers out of me to have the disease so close to heart. All of Colorado family got Covid. The unvaxxed calling lovedones to say their goodbyes. The vaxxed thinking they had a cold, except for mom.
Our numbers are shamefully high. It is an unwanted disease.
My DH flies his mom home to another island on Saturday. 🤞🙏🤞🙏🤞🙏 hoping she makes the gambit.
I am sorry for your loss. It is not shameful to have it or had had it. I would hope you wouldn't be ashamed if your whole family caught the flu. It should be the same with Covid.
I hope your mother arrives safe and sound.

I'm not ashamed of her, but thanks @STACEYH Just sad and shocked. She was responsible, vaxxed and stayed home mostly because she could, thoughtful to not get her neighbors sick, devout most all her life or at least all of mine.
Just a shame she had to suffer so. There was nothing graceful or dignified about her passing.
Basically suffocating.

:(
We hit a new high of 940 with the mid-day report yesterday. Pales in comparison to the numbers today - 1,352. I will be surprised if it isn't higher tomorrow.

Haven't they heard of "work from home"??? Surely they were doing that for most of last year and at least the beginning of this year!
It is suppose to double every day. Haven’t you seen the stats from South Africa and England.
