On page 8 of the document, there was a mention of funding that could potentially be used to purchase “safe smoking kits/supplies.” What are “safe smoking kits/supplies?” They are ones that won’t burn or cut the user and are not contaminated with the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or other such pathogens. After all, you can’t snap your fingers and expect those with substance use disorders to say, “OK, won’t do that stuff anymore.” That’s not how addiction works. So the thought is that while you are trying to get people off certain substances wouldn’t it be better to prevent them from getting injured, getting infected, or spreading infectious diseases?

Just cause you have your own pipe doesnt mean you wont take a hit if offered from someone else. This is just idiotic. Id say its more they prefer they smoke it rather than snort it or inject it.

Received my free tests yesterday. As expected, made in China. I did not expect the EUA disclaimer tho. It's a test, it either has a high degree of accuracy or it does not. I'm gonna have fun with these. I'll be safe tho, mask and gloves.

Yes speaking from a person that has over 30 years clean and sober, when you want drugs you just don’t care about the long range side effects. So glad I was able to get clean.

Yes speaking from a person that has over 30 years clean and sober, when you want drugs you just don’t care about the long range side effects. So glad I was able to get clean.

Watching the super bowl...for the commercials. So far Doritos was the best. Seeing a lot for electric vehicles which really grinds my gears. Hydrogen power is far superior and has no emissions. EVs are the result of greed.

Uber Eats commercial was pretty funny too. Still like Doritos better though. Some of these are just downright weird.
