Let's face it. We are a spoiled planet on the most part. We enjoy what we have through all that causes planet Earth's sickness. We all do our part, as hard as some try not to. We all drive or use transportation in some way. We all use the plastic and canned goods .. they're bad enough but so are the plants that make them. So much more going on. It's nice to think that some things could come to pass that will cut down pollution. Takes time though. We didn't think of cars while riding horses. We didn't think a car would ever make it across country in it's first stages. People laughed at the thought. Now, we know things can happen.. electric cars going across country. No problem down the road..pun sort of intended. They got those gas stations out for the cars all across the nation.. now we need the electric for the cars. It can happen. Takes time.I agree with you on this but our "help" isn't doing a world of good either. They blame it on the individual: you need to decrease your carbon footprint. You need to recycle. They blame it on the farmers. But it's big business that does the majority of pollution and detriment. My father worked as an environmentalist for years for the steel Mills of North America. Everything was politics especially dealing with the EPA. If the EPA "caught you"...you paid a fine. Nothing more. Money does not repair the damage caused. It's screwed up..I know...but this is what a world looks like when it's run by the 1%. I do my part regardless. We, as a family, produce one bag of garbage a month. We recycle our plastics and paper and we compost our food waste. I encourage everyone to do the same but it's not everyone on the planets fault...it's big business.
