I'd just like you to know that this was LITERALLY the sort of argument nazis used before they sent all their disabled people into concentration camps. They don't produce, why should we care for them? They're just a drain on society.

Also, every single person who doesn't work, make enough money, or CAN'T work hears you when you say this. They hear that their only value as a living breathing person is what capital they can produce. Not because they're alive, can suffer, can feel pain or joy or love things or be loved. No money means you're worthless.

Your post is ignorant and terrible. I hope you think twice before posting this sort of thing again.

When people write that disabled people aren't worthy of stuff and that they do all the work for disabled people to get free stuff, they can go screw... That's how I truly feel. I'm pissed and upset.

I know several people who worked years and became disabled. It was not their choice they got diseases beyond their control.

I'm so disgusted right now

When you're vegan most vegan stuff is in stock when crisis hits. I've never been more happy to be vegan. I can live off veggies, but people who are omnivores can't for long periods of time. I feel bad for low carbers.

I don't feel bad for anyone's dietary choices. Dietary needs, on the other hand, I get. But no one is going to die just because they can't have a steak for dinner. Omnivores can survive just fine off a few vegetarian/vegan meals here and there. :p

In New Mexico there’s a shelter in place, and we can’t even go for walks outside anymore. I guess I’ll just have to get used to it.

Shelter in place does not mean you cannot go outside. I haven't read NM's but generally it means you should only make trips out as necessary (i.e. getting groceries) and when you are out to not congregate in groups and keep distance between yourself and anyone not of your household. So walking around the neighborhood is fine, hanging out at a crowded park for hours is not. People have been encouraged to exercise and stay active as that's good for your overall health.

I’m a little bummed. Because of the stay at home advisory it has cost me a lot more to purchase things I need. I was hoping for at least a little something to offset that. Not really a complaint. Just a little bummed. I get my Social Security check and my little pension so I will be ok. At least I’m eating well. Vegetarian Pad Thai tonight. Yummy 😋!

Getting pretty ridiculous again. Who said disability payments would be revoked??
Personally I don't think anyone, or any business that wasnt directly affected by this should get anything. We have four kids so I'm thinking we're supposed to get $5g?
Why? I'm working. I know its also to stimulate the economy , and it would be nice to get some of my money I pay in back, but is it really necessary? Shouldn't there be a requirement that it only goes to those affected? It's not free money doesn't grow on trees.

Someone said on the radio today that we should be talking about PHYSICAL distancing. At the same time we should be finding all the alternative ways possible to be socially engaged.

I just wrote a message to all my neighbors in chalk on my driveway.

Do you guys use Nextdoor.com? It's a local forum based on your zipcodes. You can exchange messages, requests, notices, etc. Sometimes it drives me certifiably nutz when people are complaining about who passed by and looked at their property and whose dog is noisy but right now it's most useful.
