I ordered feed online from TSC, picked up at store an hour later. I didn't have to go in. I called from the parking lot, and they rolled it out, and loaded it for me. I signed the invoice outside. I was impressed.

Covid 19 hasn't stopped our chicken hatching. This is how we are passing the time. I've been non-stop hatching since I left the hospital 2 months ago.

If I'm stuck in lockdown for 4 months (including the 2 I've already done), you better believe I'm going to occupy our time somehow.

I knew I'd be in lockdown months before anyone else. Covid in China started exactly at the time I was hospitalized. I was even tested for it. I knew I didn't have it because I never travel and no one I knew traveled lately.

Want to name her something to do with this lockdown if it's a Pullet. It has feathered legs😍 it's Cochin Giant Cross

What are some of the wrong statements our leader is making?

He's been downplaying it since the beginning. Every time he holds one of his ranting and rambling updates Fauci has to go on other media to correct the misstatements and flat out bad advice.

HIs latest and worst yet is the go-to-church on Easter thing and we'll-dump-restrictions-and-reopen-the-economy-in-2-weeks bit. Just look at Louisiana and Mardi Gras to see what's wrong with the latter and the former is purely a concession to his evangelical backers who want to ensure full collection plates on one of the 2 big paydays.

And I don't care anymore. Have me banned from BYC if you want to. NOT paying attention to what's going on and who's in the way of a strong reliable scientific response is going to cost lives.

It is. I am just really glad we carry full coverage insurance. It won't be enough to replace the truck but should help.
I cannot begin to imagine the hardship on top of everything else. 😳
I'd like to let go a string of curse words towards the thief who stole the truck but I fear I'd get myself banned.

I'm so sorry this happened to you guys.

Can you make this a private conversation between the 2 of you please? Let's leave politics out of this thread.

Let me just say one thing about our leader and representatives not causing a big uproar about this in the beginning...

If our leader or representatives would have fully come out and said how bad this is and not downplay it, our country would have completely crumbled. You think people were panicking when the CDC started coming out about it, imagine if our leader did that right off the bat... People would have gone completely insane and destroyed stores. When people aren't slowly weaned into stuff, they panic. Our country needed to be slowly weaned into what was going on because we as Americans cannot handle tragedies or disasters. We panic, its what humans do.

I know people don't like him and some people like him or what not, but We need to stop dealing with what happened in the past and deal with what is going on today...

What happened 3 weeks ago has already passed by and there's no point in digging it up even more, we need to look at today and what we are going to do tomorrow...

Sooooo while this pandemic brings out the best in some....the he worst remains as well.

My husband drives a company truck for work which means his personal vehicle is parked at the shop overnight while he is on call.
He arrived at the office this morning to find his truck has been stolen.

:woot Human race. :tongue <<sarcasm just so you know.
Hard times can bring out the best in people, or the worst it seems. I'm glad you guys have insurance but still, people are jerks.
