Lol, sounds like Gracie, my Sheltie. She sounds very intimidating but basically she's just announcing that someone is here, yelling "intruder alert!" at the top of her lungs. If the intruder shines a flashlight she's all like, oooh, shiny thing! and is instantly putty in their hands, smiling a goofy smile and wagging her tail and being their best friend. She would show them where the silverware and jewelry was if we had any!

My former husky/Akita was like that. A lot of husky Awowowowohawahh type barking, and then wag wag, "over here we have the jewelry section..."

What do flying figs look like 🦖

Like regular figs, only in the air.

My current dogs are pit bull terriers, and they look and sound impressive! How either would actually act in a real situation? Haven't tested them.
Our Chesapeake Bay Retrievers would act, after sounding very impressive too. I took one of them through a passive protection class, and she was a star!
Our plan is to never need to be in a real situation...

I got so close to the baby beaver, I could have picked it up!

Jolene is a terror. She scares the neighbors mastiff and she weighs about 10 lbs
OMG 😂😂 she’d probably chase that intruder right out! And then the others would probably see her and join in I bet.

I was thinking about it and I think Gator would have protected me at home or on a walk. I’m not sure if he would have protected or bitten if home alone but I think he probably would have or at least kept them at the door. But I also think he would be able to tell the person’s intentions and react accordingly. Like for example, if someone was here to walk him or something nice, he probably would have been fine, especially with food or love, but if it was a burglar or person with bad intentions, I think he would bite them. He was very smart and intuitive like that.

And if someone was trying to hurt me? Forget about it! He would be on them in an instant. He even tried to protect if family members got into fights, let alone strangers haha he would never let someone hurt any of us. They wouldn’t even be able to get close.

Abby is at least 25 lbs lighter and smaller than Frank and she is definitely more aggressive. Honestly though, they don't hold a candle to our JRT and Silkie. Those two were up close and personal, one snarling and coming at you from the front, the other behind and nipping at heels. Crazy!
I feel like the smaller dogs have so much more attitude for sure 😂

Sounds like they made a great team!!

My Shepherd would seriously scare an intruder! She has really big teeth and loves to chew. My Papillon would kiss anyone!
Our lab would have probably kissed everyone or ran haha Gator I think would have bitten or at least scared them. He scared many people 😂😂

I don't care what race intruders are, I would shoot them anyway!

More like some of the folks here are WAY more comfortable talking about literally killing people in times of emergency that are also just trying to survive (Since the discussion was what if there's no food and people want your chickens) than they are acknowledging that racism exists and thinking about how to confront it. As in, literally killing living humans is more of a children-appropriate topic than racism is. And that's deeply disturbing IMO.
