Thank you BDutch, someone sent me the link a little while ago. Appreciate both of you for doing it. I was looking under the forums tab, so much stuff there, but I couldn't find anything that said covid. Spent about an hour going through everything, and was really frustrated, so imagine my gratitude of two kind people sending me the link. 😊

Weird thing though is even when I eat vegetables and good stuff though, I still take them.

I guess I think I’m being “healthy” or whatever but probably not good.

I think the placebo effect of taking them is the only real "benefit." Obviously though if a doctor suggested you take something, I'd follow their advice.

Yeah, 65 feet seems super wide.... how wide are most roads? Nowhere near that wide right?

And :lau I probably don’t need them anyway but I’m a bit weird and like them 😂

The fish one I only just started taking the other day but could probably stop. Thought it’d be good.

I actually used to not take any but it’s built up to all these recently.

I heard from someone and from my own research that 400 mg each of riboflavin and magnesium help with migraines so I started taking them in the fall maybe or summer and they do seem to help but then I stopped taking them for a while. Recently started again sometime this year. Then a few months ago my mom got a bunch of the gummy B12 ones at work so I figured I’d take them and use them. Then like a month or two ago I decided I should probably take a multivitamin since I’m taking the other ones and bought that one.

I am probably doing more harm than good with all these though.

But, and maybe it’s placebo, but I do seem to have more energy or feel better or whatever after but

It’s probably way too many though especially considering I’m mostly healthy and young.
I've read about the riboflavin and magnesium for migraines. I was thinking about trying that but the allergy pills seem to have helped.

I've been taking a good multivitamin since I was pregnant with my daughter, 30 years. If I don't take them I start to notice after a while so I understand.

Yeah, maybe, idk. :lau

I do feel healthier when taking at least some of them though but this many is probably overkill. :lau

Doctor hasn’t suggested it or anything and would probably say not to take so many :lau

It really does seem to work for me!! I still occasionally get headaches but haven’t gotten a true migraine in a while. Heard from one person that hasn’t had any in like over a year so I think it must work. Does seem to for me. Maybe placebo but idk. :lau

Glad the allergy pill is helping though!!! I sometimes get stuffed up or like weird sinuses but not sure if it’s allergies. Thankfully it doesn’t cause headaches though.

And yeah, I figure that one is good even if I take no others. Probably has to be a good one though which I’m not sure if mine is or not. But I figure even with eating as healthy as possible, surely it’s possible to miss a few or something. And it does seem to help.

Maybe make french toast and sausage....

Do you mean in the oven on a broiler pan?

Eating regularly ( real food ) and exercising regularly will help you sleep better dear.

I made cole slaw to go with roast chicken for dinner....and simple peanut butter cookies.
Roast chicken? :barnie Anyone I know? or knew?
