At least I was also wearing gloves so I wasn’t directly touching the mask, right? I avoid touching my face with the gloves at all costs. It’s just the mask is so itchy and also kept riding up almost into my eyes or falling off my chin or this or that


Yeah probably. I just thought it was what I was “supposed” to do. And like everybody was wearing them haha a couple people weren’t but most were.



I actually thought it was to protect me or rather thought it was both.

I would definitely touch my face less not wearing one. It was so uncomfortable haha

If you touch stuff...anything on that stuff gets on your gloves.....then touching glove to mask transfers it to the mask.

If I wear a mask and my germs are kept to myself does it not also stand to reason that at least SOME germs are kept out.......

N95 masks are designed to protect the wearer from virus (to block 95% of particulates)
Surgical masks are for droplets coming out the wearers mouth and will not block virus
Fabric are more for droplets and will not block the virus itself


Also it is said if you can smell stuff through a n95 then it's not working correctly

No, it will not protect you from getting the virus.

For people that can't keep their hands away from their face... It's probably better for you to not wear a mask.

Yeah, I figured but only the outside of the mask right? So it wouldn’t necessarily get to me? I took the mask off with the gloves on without touching my face.

I was wondering this too. I fail to see how it wouldn’t also protect me.

Logic says to me it should.

To help it stay in place there should be a nose wire you shape across your nose when you put it on.

And yes there was one of those but I thought it would be more uncomfortable if I bent it into my nose.
