Omg that is so scary, FortCluck. I'm hoping you are negative! Do you think you were exposed at the hospital?

I'm not sure I'd be happy with a negative because you will spend longer time avoiding people or worrying about exposure. If you are positive there's a greater chance you will have little or no symptoms and still be positive or have antibodies. (just an opinion or thought)

I've been eyeballing my batiks too, and going back on forth over interfacing types, batting types, and other insert possibilities.

I know nothing about it so shoot me if I ask the wrong thing, but are the wearable 14 day readers/patches like dexcom (sp?) that you scan with your phone worth trying?

Supermarkets are not that safe.
There are all kinds supermarket workers that are testing positive in my state.

I've really limited shopping. And when I do it's small town grocery store, ain't drove to a bigger one or Wal-Mart since before this. Even there I feel so bad for the workers/cashier's knowing they are dealing with sooo many people every day.

Are you talking about the glucose 14 day monitors?
My doctor was supposed to go over that option with me but my appointment got moved to May and might get pushed out longer.

Kinda funny shopping with amazon. I get a case of crushed pineapple one day. I get a case of diced tomatoes one day. To top that all off I get a box with a tube of toothpaste today! I just have to laugh at the way they pack some things. A small item floating in a big box.

Yes it dropping on its own is how it is supposed to be.
Your reading was low enough that it made me question how long after eating so many carbs it was.
I am never reading that low in the mornings.....ever.

I never understood why they use such big boxes for tiny items!!! Or like in your case why they ship everything separately in three separate boxes, different trucks etc. sooooo unnecessary and can’t be great for the environment. :/ but people want stuff as fast as possible these days!! Haha

On a more serious question, how do sugar replacers like stevia or splenda work for diabetics?
(beyond what I've read on the packages)
I've largely removed simple carbs and regular sugar from my diet for inflammation reasons, and use stevia and splenda almost exclusively when I'm making a rare treat for myself, but have wondered about it. As far as I know I'm not pre-diabetic but had a grandparent that was and think about it.

No one mentions the fact that Amazon must be drowning in money with this house arrest. I would hate to add up the $$ I've spent just on groceries.
