Ehhhh, I’m definitely a little bit chubby :lau 🙈

I’m like 180ish atm :th

I wanna get back to 165 or even 160.

Yeah, probably or close. I need to make some serious adaptations. I honestly think most of it could be solved by just eating regular meals though and none of this “skip meals then get starving and eat super late at night” crap :lau

Thanks!! So I’m good then?

Thanks for this!!! Very interesting. I’ll just stick to regular sugar then but will try to cut back.

With sugar, I cut down from 6 spoons to one . After a short while, one is enough and any more is like "too" sweet.

My favorite diet and the only one that works for me is calorie counting. This way I can eat whatever I want. Eventually it gets to where you can guess the calories. It also makes you aware of what you are eating. Like when I get the munchy hunger pangs at night I can reach for a Pregresso soup and the can is usually 150 calories -350 calories for the whole can. And soup makes you feel full. I never count fruit and veggies in my calorie count. Or broiled or baked fish. I can still have ice cream but it sure eats up my daily allowance of calories.

I'm prepping for Easter right now. Made homemade cream of mushroom for green bean casserole. Cut up everything bagel for stuffing (got an amazing recipe to make stuffing out of everything bagels). I accidentally got a non vegan stuffing so I had to find a way to make my own with what we had. We had fresh bakery bagels 😁
I got the strawberries cut up for vegan cake with fresh strawberries on top.

I'm trying to stay productive during this lockdown. Husband is home till Thursday now so we are going to try to accomplish a lot. Thinking we may extend our fencing this week too.

The new roosters should be here sometime today

Have you checked the sodium in those cans... More than someone should eat for a whole day. Be careful.

Easter weekend, and I have eight cartons of eggs to give to my church peeps. But my church is closed for now and everybody is cautiously practicing social distancing. Ya, we do telli-conferencing for services, and studies, but here the eggs sit. More being laid at this very moment, I can hear their egg songs. Folks, fear not! This virus situation will pass into history someday, and we will be saying "Remember 2019-2020----"? I feel optimistic about life in general. Bless you all.:D
