I know. It would be nice if folks could just go in, get what they need and get out.

They keep changing the labels and options. There's like 50 different kinds of spaghetti sauce! And I want one with no pork in it. I check the labels for sugars, too. I had one I liked and now they don't seem to carry it, so.... back to reading labels. And that's just one product. Sorry!

Good point!! I always read everything and try to decide or sometimes just buy both if I can’t decide 😂🙈

I have to read labels too. I do understand that need too. :hugs

3.5 million people have lost their health care since this pandemic started. Meanwhile there is a lawsuit playing out to take healthcare away from another 15 plus million people. The people with the most to lose, the poorest amongst us, the frail, old and sick are getting screwed by the very people they voted for.
Where do you get your information from?
And you're surprised by this?
It's not entirely true.

Re diabetes. My dr never used that word. He said I was "insulin resistant." It was confusing, esp since my glucose numbers were never high. More on that in a minute. He Rxd me Metformin. I was not consistent in using it; it made me constipated. Well, long story short, he canceled the Rx since I wasn't using it anyway. I have lost 30#. But my numbers have remained the same: 100-104 fasting in the morning and about 126 two hours after eating. I guess maybe I was AT RISK of becoming diabetic (overweight with a family history), but ... am I okay now? I eat good. Three small meals a day, no snacking. No sweets, I don't crave them. Balance: mostly plant protein, complex carbs and only a minimal amount of healthy fats. It's working for me, I feel great.
