"According to the Anti Defamation League the webzine The Unz Review is an "outlet for certain writers to attack Israel and Jews". It has also been described as "an alternative conservative website", and "a mix of far-right and far-left anti-Semitic crackpottery"
Crazy "alternative website"! Shalom!

There you go.
There are plenty of others. It really isn't worthwhile arguing about it. Time will tell.
You should see what the Europeans think of Fox news.
All I would add is ignore the rhetoric and look at the numbers and check their validity.

It's my understanding, @KDOGG331 , that it takes about 4 hours for a meal to digest. If you throw more food into your stomach before that is done, then the first meal never does completely digest. So your body tissues, your cells, never do get the nutrients they need. That's why you keep feeling hungry and craving sugars and carbs. For me, it took real self-discipline to resist the urge to eat between meals for the first three days. Like Kiki quitting smoking. I decided to wait 5 hours between meals. It was brutal, but worth it. I drank water instead. But now I'm not hungry for snacks and need way less food at meals.

That is a good analogy.
The drawback....one can stop having cigarettes around....one cannot quit food.
The key is making better more informed choices.
