Oh definitely not as a weight loss thing, I would gain it all back in 1-3 days if I dare try that for weight loss. I meant more as a worst case scenario during this dilemma, no need to worry if you run out of food in the middle or something.

Bought over a months supply of chicken mash that I’m going to save incase the shop that sells the mash closes.
I’ll probably need more but I’m just going to add a bag every time I go to get more.
It’s a bit depressing that we have to spend st Patrick’s day at home alone and theirs not even a takeaway open.

Okay - immediate prayer request here. DD just got a call from her father. His wife is sick with what she thought was the flu. She is currently at an urgent care facility getting tested for Covid-19. DS spent the weekend with them a week ago. I feel almost guilty about it, but I've never prayed so fervently for someone to have the flu in my life. The other option scares the living daylights out of me!

Gotta admit that I didn't read the entire thread, but thought I'd comment (lazy, I know). I've been exposed and am home-quarantined. Goodness. But I am also a teacher, and my school is closed for the next 5 weeks. Everything is weird. I'm not worried for me, but I'm worried for whoever else was exposed and took it home to their grandparents, immunocompromised siblings, etc.

Well, with all this time on my hands, I guess I'll go back and read all of the posts. Lol...

While I will try not to worry.....the news just revealed that the case in my county was in my city....a young man who worked at a rehab facility less than 1/2 mile from my home.

Yes I am worried but moving forward and in a thoughtful and deliberate manor.

I plan to do similar things like Cappy is.....take care of my family, grow extra veggies, build what needs building and hope things smooth out sooner rather than later.

Above all respect and care about others.

My hospital got their first case. I was supposed to see my specialist tomorrow... No thank you. I'll pass. I'll stay inside my bubble and no one can join me

My friend got diagnosed with bronchitis today but they wouldn't test her for Covid 19 and she's high risk... What's wrong with these hospitals! I pray it's bronchitis and my friends daughter got turned away from the hospital and she has every symptom of Covid 19. This is sad
