Everclear 189, Goslings 151, if you can find it will work. You can add a gel and still be over 60%

90% isopropyl would JUST hit 60% at 2/3rds alcohol, 1/3rd aloe. So I'd go a lil lighter on the aloe even then.

My hand sanitizer is 70%.

I'm using glycol (the purer form of glycerine) as well as a little less then the 1/3 so I'm good. I learned the recipe from my cancer center years ago when I was on chemo drugs. Even tho I'm in remission now (thank you Lord) I still use the same.

We’ve been living this situation really for years now, dh and I both run businesses out of the home, plus our little farm, and we were both raised in the country so this hoarding behaviour and social isolation is just the norm!
We learned early on to keep some kind of routine, as someone else said, which means no all-day jammies or sitting around- find things to do! Even I, the red-necked country girl, put on a bit of makeup every morning, even if I’m alone and won’t see another living soul that day, just because it helps get me in work mode lol.

I also ordered a bator last night...ohhhh those late night Amazon searches! It seems like I may not be able to get chicks of any sort from anywhere this year, even the few locals who had barnyard mixes for sale online are sold out and are taking orders into June! So I’ll make my own I guess.

I think you may have a lot to help us deal with this. Great tips already!

I am an Amazon late night shopper. I have no self control with buying online. Well maybe I have a litle.

The purpose of adding aloe or glycol is to keep the alcohol from drying out your skin.

The problem with making one's own hand sanitizer is there is no more alcohol to be found.
