If you are going to join in and be productive here, please be respectful of the people around you. We are ALL stressed right now and each of us have differant situations beyond being chicken owners to deal with, however we have strived hard to remain civil and non-political as much as possible anyway.
It's perfectly fine to disagree with someone, but insults are not going to help anyone get through these difficult times.

I graduated from SUNY Binghamton in '71 and still haven't gotten over missing spiedies.

I'm not the only one that knows what spiedies are?!!
I've never been to it but would like to someday, they have a spiedie fest and balloon rally (the big ones you fly in) every yr now.

I've enlisted my husband and my grandson in cleaning out last year's garden and planting a new one for this year. Clean up took us two days. Today we'll get seedlings and seeds in.

My grandson is also helping me with some baking and practicing drums and his clarinet. We're working our way through a pile of young reader books that I picked up at Costco when this just began and my daughter asked if we'd take him for a few weeks.

After all that I think he deserves some game and TV time. And I need some quiet time myself to sew those masks.

I don't know if we're eating any healthier. I'm making 98% of our meals but sticking to family favorites.
