Last week it was a chocolate cake. This week brownies. Who knows about tomorrow???
Mary

I’ve been meaning to make a chocolate cake for forever. Ever since I saw the recipe on the back of the cocoa container lol but I’m thinking brownies are first. Maybe double chocolate brownies since I have chocolate chips. :drool I’ve never made brownies from scratch before but I’m thinking tomorrow is the day!!

Tollhouse aren’t gritty ;)
I liked to read this thread when it was all about Covid-19 and what people experienced in their day to day life. But I find sharing recipies, baking popcorn and loving cookie dough not so very interesting to be honest.

Could you please make a new thread on hobby’s or bakery things during this crisis, and leave the thread for sharing news, ehat you encounter and dealing with Corona?

fish and dolphins in the Venice canals 😲

Some fantastic news like the ones of Venice are only partly true. The water is much brighter mainly because the are no gondels / boats in the canal. The dolphins are no exception. It’s true that the air pollution is way less with so much people at home and industries that lay down. Please check if you’re source is thrust-worthy, especially if its amazing, before you post it here.

In the Netherlands all festivities are cancelled until the first of June. Including Eurovision Song contest, a mass spectacle they do every year with Easter, liberation festivals 75 years after World War II, Kings day festivals, big music Festivals like Pink pop, concert at sea, Paul McCartney in Nijmegen park, etc. But also all the smaller theater and music performances. There is no audience on tv shows. All gatherings where its not possible to keep at leat 1.5 meters distance are forbidden.

Yea, I just did a bit more reading on it. 🤔
It’s great that the water is clearer though.
