LOL :gig

Just make and model is fine...
Like Brother 600
Or Singer Easy Sew 1000 (those are made up names)
Where did you get it from, do you remember?
My grandma's house when she died.
I think my aunt took the good machines...and she left me this one.

Hold I'll go dig it out now.

Boy it's dusty.

I need some masks made.
:barnie. I have green dollars ready to mail.

BUT!!! Making it with different color inside means INSIDE IS INSIDE and no oopsies of a dirty mask touching a face.

This is similar but again USE DIFFERENT COLORS.
I am using 100% white inside on mine.

Nice!
I haven't tried that style yet...how do you like the fit vs the typical pleated one?

Yeah, I have a beast of a big straight stitch machine...she's a Juki and her name is actually Juju the Beast. (Yes, I'm that one...the one who names her machines..)
(...and not all of the names are nice or repeatable here....)

Juju can sew through 10 layers of denim like butter and I joke to my quilt friends that she'd sew through the bottom of my shoe if I asked her too. :D

I have never heard a cross word toward a Juki.
My little one is a Singer and it can barely sew through 2 layers of cotton. Even then it is prone to birdnesting.

The fit of the ones I am making is MUCH better than the pleated ones.
It fits very similar to the videos I linked up there...∆∆
The sides do not gap. I used the pattern from the flamingo one above.

I am still working on a wire for the nose even though they are already pretty close.

Edited to add.....in the video her elastic is WAY to loose. I shortened it to 6" for my (non fluffy) face and 7" for hubs.
