I have one that would cower....but she is still a puppy. The other 2 that are mine would definitely bite an intruder.
The 4th dog is my sons....she is iffy on a good day.....I think once the full bite fest started she would join in but if it was just her no way.

Doesn't look like it does she? HOWEVER she has a deep dislike of strangers.

My pug beagle mix is the one I have that would rip someone's face off if she could get to it my put lab is iffy it depends if the person comes near me.

I'd put my money on squatch (BJG) though... He would tear someone to pieces. He's my buddy

All my current dogs are massive cowards. But they're loud and there's 3 of them so they're at least good at letting us know if anyone's around (or if the wind is blowing, or a squirrel is breathing, etc)

Maybe while the criminal is busy stumbling over our screaming, panicking pack of dogs, he'll trip on the stairs and knock himself out. Best case scenario.

I love The Aquarium and The Zoo on Animal Planet, especially T.A.
They make me smile which is a good thing these days. I was telling kiddo that we might take a trip to the Georgia Aquarium (where the show is filmed) this summer.... but alas, not now.
At least I can still get the cute fuzzies from the sea lions and otters on TV.

ETA: Love Blue Planet too.

We have otters in the river that goes around our property, as well as beavers.

Mine tells us when rabbits fart swear I don't even know what she barks at but she's super loud and it makes me jump every time. Our puppy protects us from leaves blowing in the yard

We are supposed to go to OBX in the fall but I'm not sure if we will be able to or if the owner will even let us.

or there is a cat within a mile, a raccoon farted 10 miles away......yeah my sweet faced girl is like that too. Always on the lookout for anything shifty.....and the world is chock full of shifty......

Our neighbors dog is a coonhound is insanely loud... Should hear it barking at night then it gets our dogs going.

My sweet faced Tilly is half coon hound.....yeah they are loud!
