I'm interested in knowing that too. I threw away my old seeds because I heard they're no good after a year. The package even says they expire after a year.
They can last 2000+ if they were stored in an Egyptian pyramid lol (read A LOT of national geographic when I was a kid)

Seriously though, if you’re not sure about your seeds vitality, open the packet, take out ten and try to germinate them (according to the directions on the individual pack). Be a bit more generous with the time till germination cause they may take a few extra days. When the time is up count how many sprouted and multiply by 100, that will give you your percentage of viability. It’s a super easy way to tell if they’re still good and worth planting

I was watching the covid19 in China through Jan. and Feb. And started to stay away from others early March. Some people started to laugh at people fighting over toilet paper in Australia. I looked it up, and saw the video. It was 8:30 in the evening and I said to my husband, the store closes at 9, we are going down and loading up on TP and other stuff. This was early March, no limits on anything, we bought 4-5 TPs and some other stuff, the shelves at that time were down but not empty. Since then there is no TP or you have to buy it one package at time of course that is all we can get. We get one anytime we go if they have it. I am still watching the news and trying to see what is new coming down the pike.

We never use flour in our house. My family eats veggies, rice or veggie pasta, and meat for dinner. I eat all veggies. Flour is something that's a no go to me since it really does nothing to energize my body. If I eat anything with flour I get insanely tired and I don't like it.
Oh, trust me...I'd love to not pay 5 times as much for GF flours...but kiddo has soooooo many allergies, some used to be fruits and veggies, and most foods are already limited so I have to utilize bready items. I do, however, bake in a much healthier fashion ...like I incorporate things such as sweet potato, pumpkin, zucchini, bananas, etc...and I use coconut oil. I'd love to use nut flours, but kiddo is allergic to nuts.
That said, I am glad my kiddo knows, and can pronounce all the vegetables one could grow in a garden and is happy to dig potatoes.

If tradional flours make you tired you could be reacting to the gluten. Many gluten free items are made with rice flours and you (general you) won't feel tired, sluggish, bloaty, or have an upset digestive system after consuming.

I’m pretty weirded out by everyone who is insisting on golfing... can someone explain this fuss to me?
It's very good exercise, gets people out and about in the fresh air and doesn't have a lot of person to person contact. I don't care if people golf, but my dogs are bigger dogs and they're used to getting out for a good run at least a couple days a week with walks every day they don't go to the park. I wish they'd reconsider the dog parks and so my pups.
