I love those bacon wrapped fake crab things at Chinese buffets. I've made them myself.
Boy I miss them and the fried cheese wontons.
All Chinese take outs around here have been closed, get their supplies from the city and everything messed up right now.

Easy to make at home. We have been doing them for decades.
We use
1/4 C fake crab diced
3 green onions diced
1/8th teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
8 oz softened cream cheese
Wonton wrappers
One egg white mixed with 1 teaspoon water for sealing
Oil for frying
350° oil and fry just til browned
When folding we dot the center of each side with egg white and pinch to make the flower shape.
Freaking delicious!
