I ve got some to lose too, but seem to be staying status quo.
Though I'm not snacking as much as I'd like, or stress baking either because I'm too concerned about running out of GF flours, which are already hard to find.
Eggs. Got plenty of eggs!!

DD actually sighed, last night and asked, "Quiche for dinner? ... Again?" She definitely did NOT appreciate the offer of the other option ... scrambled eggs. Can't imagine why!

I had a pocket parrot once. Jack liked to sit on my shoulder. And scream. Especially when I was on the phone. I really miss hi... no, wait, I guess I really don't.

Oh boy!! Thankfully mine are pretty quiet but very loud in the morning and evening or when I play music or budgie flock sounds LOL also, one of my cockerels is named Jack and I had a fish with that name too.

Watching this one again, tonight. Maybe it'll give us some perspective on the rest of this mess. At the very least, it'll remind us to stay inside ... away from all of those CRAZY MONKEYS!

I've finally gotten pretty good at omelets! Shredded cheese, spinach, sauteed onions, maybe a little chopped lunch meat (smoked chicken), a smear of Pace salsa on top, oh baby!

EXCITED!!! We had a family pow-wow, last night to decide how we can do more to help out while under lock-down. Tomorrow, we're going to the SPCA to pick up a pair of feral kitties. DS is a feral cat wizard and these two are very young (10 & 19 months,) so there's an excellent chance of gentling them enough to make them good house pets. One's a blue tuxedo, the other is all black - and they're both long-haired beauties. I think we can count on one staying here furever, but socializing will give her little brother a much better chance at finding a good home. And if that doesn't happen, well, he can stay, too!
I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!
