I have no attention span for movies eitherThe Paper Clip Project isn't a series, it's a documentary movie ... and it's well done!
ETA - it's most likely a book, too!

Curious where you were taught?
Also maybe they didn't do as well of a job as you believe. It was small pox blankets not chicken pox blankets.![]()
And at least Pip remembered the "pox" part right. Lots of 'Mericans don't get even that far!
Up is awesome. I love Kevin. Every time we hear weird birds in the woods we call them snipesMovies: 'Up' and "Spirited Away'! Both animated and terrific!

Don't let them eat my dog.Sorry, I didn't mean to put that there. Has anyone watched The Last of the Dogmen with Tom Berenger? I like that movie.
Ooooohhhh that’s awesome!!!Just saw this, thought it was pretty neat. Even though I have plenty of gardening space think I might build something similar. And I can get free buckets.

Thank you!! I’ll have to check that out. I did find a movie too when I Googled it. Maybe I’ll start with that. That’s sad though but it figures it’s not how we say it is.Read, "Bury My Heart At Wounded Knee."
Did you know that Custer's Last Stand was not waged against a huge force of warring natives, as History likes to imply? In reality, The Native Americans ... of many different Nations (including many that normally fought between each other) had gathered together at Wounded Knee - a spiritual place of great significance - to dance the "Ghost Dance" - a religious appeal to their Powers-That-Be to remove the menace of the white man from their lands and lives, forever. It backfired - and ended up so enraging the European-based interlopers that the wars raged hotter and with more venom and vengeance than ever before.
Agreed! They’re great. Have you read Ann Frank’s diary?I want to read a book about the Jewish people who survived the Holocaust. Those people amaze me because they literally went through it all then told their story.
Exactly!!!Not only that, but the natives greeted Leif Erikson when he got there waaaaaaaay before Columbus set foot on "our" soil!
I like reading I'm not into tv really. I can barely handle a few episodes of Criminal Minds before I shut it off. I think @KDOGG331 told me to watch it a few months ago and I still haven't even made it past season 1![]()
Ahhh okay that makes sense!!! Thank you!! Very interesting!!!It was planned as a diplomatic meeting/meal between the head men of both sides - at least that's what the Pilgrims thought. . They were overwhelmed when the Natives brought EVERYBODY! There wasn't enough food, so it became the monster pitch-in meal we celebrate, today. That part of the story is pretty cool!
