Our 21 yr old just bought her first brand new car, 2020 GMC Terrain, super proud of her, I've never bought a brand new vehicle in my life .
If I was to ever spend that much $ on a vehicle, it would be from the 40s or 50s...

I’m into older vehicles so I never buy new. I’d buy a Mach 1 though if we are talking about spending money.

A) fan of Dave Ramsey's economic POV B) I'm an old skool Subie fanatic and an even older school Pentastar fan.
Specifically 85-92 XT, XT6, or the GL-10 Dual range turbo wagon. And then the '69 Charger or superbirds.

From what I've read nearly anything can be dried in the oven, or placed between screens then attached to a fan with the fan put on low. Some things can be hung in bundles like herbs but I don't think leafy greens would do well like that. They dry quickly but part of what preserves them so well is the low heat.
Worth a google search and probably would do best on a non stick surface like parchment paper.

I have a 9 tray dehydrator from years ago when I was growing and selling at FMs and always had extra of everything. The cool thing about it is being able to preserve things one could never even imagine. And that I never lack for gifts. Jars of dried organic herbs for friends who like to cook are always a huge hit.

Chevelles, Mustangs, Corvettes, and antique trucks always make my heart rumble. I’m an antique car person and car show person right down to my soul. It was built into me. I totaled my GT Mustang I miss it a ton. I want another.

One of the BEST investments for a gardener, home cook, or someone who prefers to eat or raise their a family on things grown in their own garden.
You can even make your own jerky too. (for your family I mean)

I'm not a prepper, but I hate throwing away extras from the garden or orchard because I don't have freezer space or extra time to can everything. We'll never go hungry, that's for sure.
