Since this thread has veered away from Covid 19 discussion from time to time I thought I'd share a shocking thing that happened to me yesterday.
The water company replaced my water meter back in February. About a week or so ago I started hearing water flowing in the incoming line in the house but I couldn't find anywhere the water was going. Finally I called the water company. It turns out I was losing up to 600,000 gallons a day since March. But I wasn't using it. It was running down the hill to Coldwater Creek and then to the Mississippi River.
The meter installer didn't tighten the fitting on my side of the meter and eventually the gasket blew out.

true!! I still laugh at those pics lol I don’t wear that mask anymore since I need to wash it I just wear like the blue disposable ones now haha but probably still look like a robber

For those that haven’t seen it yet.... took these a couple months ago. This is what FC is referring to. I think I posted them here before but I also sent them to her cause I thought my outfit was hilarious and she said I looked like I was gonna rob the place I was going into Lowe’s LOL
