This morning came with an unwelcome surprise ... foxes! They didn't get into the yard, but they made a grand effort. Crazy Dog went nuts about 5:30 am - she has a special, wild bark for "Fox Alert" and she was in full voice. DD let her out into the yard, where she did her usual 3-point fence check (places where the little buggers got in before) and ran the perimeter before she settled and returned. A half hour later, she sounded off again. DD went out with her to the back fence, Not twenty feet away, three foxes stared back at her, not even flinching with a human right there and CD going nuts. When DS came down to see what all the fuss was about, he told me that the big fox has been ON TOP OF THE GARAGE ROOF! It's time to put in electric fence (which I really can't afford, right now ... thanks Covid) and take down the tree they must be climbing to get up there. I also told DS that, if he EVER sees the little b%^%%ds on the roof again ... I want PICTURES!

OMG!!!

Cop cop. It was almost downtown and the city police contract out to all sorts of businesses and organizations. That store carries a remarkable amount of high end wines and foods in an impoverished area so it's not surprising they hire cops.
So they have a gun right. They don’t do that here. Our cops are to busy to be contracted out.

What wife or daughter.? What happens in the backyard stays in the backyard. They will also eat chicken poop, rabbit poop, and Dirt.
Both. Hence the reason I found it amusing when they insisted on kissing the dog after I warned them I had seen where his mouth had been.
It took me a while before I kissed either of them.

Does that sound cold? I warned them and they did it anyway. :idunno
You can't fix stupid.

Yep, armed with a badge oh his shoulder. Lots of city cops across the country contract out. I know they do it in Chicago and Boston too from friends who live in those places and scrutinize how our police force is being used. It's very regular in big cities. Rest assured, we all wish our cops focused on more important things too.
