Its the flu. I don't get the flu, I never have. I don't get flu shots, I never have. I don't wear mask, I never have. I wear a gun, I always have. I'm free to do so and always will.

Have you had Covid??? If not then you have no right to make these statements! I did get it and I can tell you that it is in no way the Flu!

If I had the flu, I would have been sick for a week to 10 days and then I would be better and over it, but thats not what happened.

I lost my taste and smell going on 8 weeks ago, I am starting to get some smell back but it's not good smells. Coffee smells like skunk, beef smells like rotting fish and for to much TMI, I have a constant smell of a female area unwashed for over a month or more. I still can't taste a damn thing, you have no clue how that feels.

My heart as been damaged and I have a racing heart rate for no reason, I need to have a kidney function test done because they are not working like they should.

So get off your high horse and don't ever tell me or others that it's just the flu! You are nothing more then an ass trying to stir crap up!!

I didn't move any goal posts. You misunderstood what was asked - I'm supposing since this has happened before in our discussion - and you answered something else entirely that wasn't asked, lol. It's okay.

Everyone won’t be able to be vaccinated. There are some reasons not to take it.

Approaching 11 years here at BYC and until this thread have only 'ignored' 3 people - none of whom are still active. The 'Ignore' button has gotten a work out on this thread. My one question is why don't the 'patriots'/hoaxers/anti vaxers start a thread of their own and leave us alone.

I'm sorry @sourland, I have always respected your posts, but please don't place all patriots in the same bucket. I am 100% patriotic, but I also believe in wearing masks and getting vaccinated. I am disgusted by those who claim it has anything to do with our freedoms or rights.

This post is not for or against the vaccine. There are other very effective and affordable treatment and prevention options.

Well the autopsies didn't show any unknown health condition. The family had it run because they didn't believe covid was that serious in a youngish healthy person and it had to be something else. They since have become believers. I pray you don't have to learn the hard way like they did.

A lot of people have metabolic disease and don’t know it. You can only see it by running a fasting insulin level.

I may have had it just like i may have had other things that didn't bother me. My sister had it. she is over weight and gets colds regularly . she smokes as well. she lost taste smell ran low fever for five days and was fine. son in laws parents got it. Dad didn't get sick other than sore throat . wife said it was like a bad cold and lost smell and taste. They are 68 no health issue. my buddies daughter 19 got it at college . You seem to think i suggest this is fake or a joke. far from it as any illness can do major damage or death. This one is no different . just the odds of you being killed or damaged by this is not worth the response happening. over reach? much.

Thier work provides onsite annual blood work in September, including fasting and a1c. Everything came back normal.

Most of these people did not know they were pregnant or became pregnant after their first shot and continued in the trial anyhow with full disclosure.

I would be finding the studies through news, or searches. Some would be brought to my attention by the people I know in healthcare.

For example, as it stands I've dug into ivermectin a fair amount and there's a study on in-vitro cells that looks shady, and a few studies that show reduced illness severity in combination with other common drugs. There's a few that show that with other treatments it lowers case rates. But those are largely in combination with another drug.

So, while I think it's got a lot going on for it I also think it needs a couple proper stand alone double blind studies. Then we'll have definitive results that can be acted upon. I think if people wanna include it in their prevention plans that's totally fine. I think it might even be good based on preliminary results. I also think that until we have definitive results it's important to keep masking, and even then not everyone can be on it, and keeping the majority of the population on an essential agricultural drug isn't great... so we'll still need things like the vaccine even it it pans out to the most optimistic of studies.

Once we have enough tools in the toolbox that pretty much everyone CAN be covered if they wanna I expect things to go back to relative normality... With the exception of all the people who already have permanent damage from the virus that we could be dealing with. :T
