I’ve always been of the opinion that it’s arrogant and hypocritical for humans to call any other animal vermin!

Even with all our medicines, vaccines and biosecurity measures we still constantly spread disease. We shouldn’t have needed COVID to teach us basic hygiene like hand washing and not coughing all over people/covering your face if you are sick etc. Flu existed before this particular coronavirus (not the first one or that special really apart from coming out of a lab) and that still kills people also. But it’s like some people have only just figured out what germs are and only NOW consider the fact that they could potentially make others sick. Some employers have only just realised that if you are sick maybe you should stay home.

I can honestly say there were multiple times when I should have just stayed home and went to work instead. And those times I worked in the food industry. But those times I attempted to call off but the manager wouldnt let me

W.H.O. is saying that omicron reduces vaccine efficacy. From what I'm seeing the CDC does not yet agree and is pushing boosters.
Fauci is pushing boosters but Dr. Oz is calling on him to resign for "misleading the public"

Not really. All drugs whether for human of animal consumption are approved by the FDA and monitored. In this specific situation ivermectin is being used by some people in what is considered "extra label use"
"Actual use or intended use of a drug in an animal in a manner that is not in accordance with the approved labeling. This includes, but is not limited to, use in species not listed in the labeling, use for indications (disease and other conditions) not listed in the labeling, use at dosage levels, frequencies, or routes of administration other than those stated in the labeling, and deviation from labeled withdrawal time based on these different uses." (21 CFR 530.3(a))
Extra label use laws were passed by congress in 1994. Because of this law you could give your dog or cat a benadryl even though its not prescibed to them. Either way you should always discuss with your doctor if a particular medicine is right for you. Even if you were to start an aspirin regime you should talk to your doctor first. Anything foreign in your body can often cause more harm then good

I cannot publicly say what should be done with Fauci without being banned or possibly put on a government watch list.

Sometimes they are. Before covid, I played on the fringes of the prepper world. Some of the more rational people there discussed the risks of using antibiotics for animals off label. There pretty good evidence that many of the medicinals used for both were all the people version - it cost less to print the different label than to build, certify, and keep certified and run separate manufacturing facilities. I didn't even bother looking for that now. It isn't worth slogging through the search algorithms to get past the topic of the day.

The kicker is to know which they are and that they haven't changed. Apple flavored are pretty surely not.

But that is all irrelevant to the current aspect because, if I remember right, the current aspect is not considering using that medicine at all because it is livestock medicine... as in the rational for not allowing doctors to prescribe it, or pharmacies to carry it, or importing of it, or the building production of people grade versions here. Not all of that was spelled out - but it sounded like the intent to me.

The W.H.O has only approved ivermectin for use in clinical trials

This is in pill form and not paste. Dosage of ivermectin is based on weight so it is really best that you consult your doctor. Stromectol is the human version.
