I like to do a practice run on paper. Then I have my sister in law check my numbers because shes a CPA. Then I correct it if need be and do an official one and mail it. I really hate the push to do everything online. Its so easy to steal someones information that way. I can shred paper
Ok gotcha

If anyone ever steals MY financial information, they would probably send ME money. :lau
I've had my bank account hacked twice. First time I freaked out but how my bank is I had no worries about the second one. Only inconvenience is everything is froze for a couple days but they overnight a new debit card that I could use while it was all froze
Ain't nobody getting in there
And I got back all monies taken

Thats exactly why I dont do any banking or taxes online. I still pay all my bills with a check in the mail.

It doesn't always work that way. My cousin's bank was hacked and they lost a lot of their savings. I can't remember which bank it was but it made the national news as one of the first really big hacks. They didn't get it back.

In this area, someone has a key to all the blue Post Office mail boxes. The local 'Neighborhood' website is full of people whose checks have been stolen, the ink chemically "washed' off and re-written to someone else.
If they didn't have the key I'm sure they could just follow the Postman and loot the mailboxes. The delivery is so bad, It probably wouldn't be noticed. Sorry.

Mine had a credit card as overdraft protection. When it got hacked they paid me back my funds...but not the interest. Never again. Chase bank btw. Not with them anymore either. I pulled all my accounts from them after that.
