Come on not popeyes. Man I could go for a 10 piece mild with mashed potatoes and red beans with the 4 or 5 biscuits. I eat the wings and breasts, my wife eats the legs, a breast and the ties.

Yes me too! I figured her safety was more important that the few hundred dollars we owed on the phone…also super thankful for manuka honey. And we ended up getting a puppy because of it. (We took her to a pet fair the day after to distract her, and well, we all fell in love)

I am not stressing over them. I thought maybe if I needed one to get to a specialist (doctor) I would be able to suggest ( when they refuse to see me) that I take the test and show them a neg result. So I can walk in without a mask. I am currently trying to find two specialist to see me and it is always a hassle.

Dogs are a gateway drug. Just by looking at them you have to get one.

We had been “looking” for about 10 months and I kept saying “I don’t want a dog” (while simultaneously showing my husband a pic of an available dog and saying “look at this face”). We fostered a puppy from April-June (my mom adopted her) and she (the dog we fostered) helped me realize I really didn’t want a dog. I see how well that worked out. But we hit the puppy jackpot. He really is the best puppy ever and was meant to be with us.

(My husband had an older dog when we got married and so my experience with dogs was older/end of life/dealing with cancer and then heartbreak. The puppy we fostered was kind of psycho-my friends husband had found her in a bag in the middle of the road, she was riddled with worms, didn’t know how to eat, and very bitey/not good with our kids)
