Well since you asked, this is where it came from. https://www.powerlineblog.com/archives/2022/02/the-week-in-pictures-keep-on-truckin-edition.phpDo you have a source or citation?

Probably going to be easier to get the 'free' crackpipes than the 'free' covid tests.
At least I hope the test kits are more in demand.
Be sure to check if they have an expiration date. If theyre expired when you take it you could get a false resultI guess I'll take our free tests and put them with the preps so next wave we'll be able to go to work when they're not available again
I still havent read this article of yours. What do you mean free crack pipes? I'm so confused.Well since you asked, this is where it came from. https://www.powerlineblog.com/archives/2022/02/the-week-in-pictures-keep-on-truckin-edition.php
But if your asking if the 'science' has made research of ivermectin taboo or that the administration planned to distribute 'smoking paraphernalia', that is plentiful in current events. (The fact that most MSM stories are running to defend the admin. shows me it hit a nerve.)
On page 8 of the document, there was a mention of funding that could potentially be used to purchase “safe smoking kits/supplies.” What are “safe smoking kits/supplies?” They are ones that won’t burn or cut the user and are not contaminated with the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or other such pathogens. After all, you can’t snap your fingers and expect those with substance use disorders to say, “OK, won’t do that stuff anymore.” That’s not how addiction works. So the thought is that while you are trying to get people off certain substances wouldn’t it be better to prevent them from getting injured, getting infected, or spreading infectious diseases?I still havent read this article of yours.
