My brother came by this summer and I talked to him outside.
There had been talk of "cancelling Christmas" that year because the kid was sick. Well my MIL and the nephew both had a fit so they came up anyway. Well everyone got sick. I don't blame the kid but I blame everyone else. The kid should know better and that's the parents responsibility and my MIL should definitely have known better. I took what precautions I could but it doesn't help when a child is a foot from you and not covering when they cough or sneeze and touching everything. DH wouldn't allow for us to stay home either even tho he started coming down with it on Christmas Eve after spending three days with them. I had kept my distance and I didn't end up sick until the 27th

And because people can't use common sense, is why some countries, states and business shutdown. We had a guy at work that kept coming in sick for decades. His staff was always out sick and he thought they should come in...mind you we got 15 sick days a year. We could accumulate over 200 and after that we would lose them. He was there over 40 years and lost tons of sick days. Then he caught covid and died in the hospital... after he spread it around work.

My dad had a friend that tested positive for covid the day before a doctor's appointment. Went anyway. Probably infected everyone in the waiting room. I really don't understand people smh

I did find vitamin D was helpful as well! Quecertin, NAD, zinc, and good nutrition.
When I had a fever of 103 and low oxygen... I remembered we had ivermectin in our medicine for animals. Dosage was less but I took a small amount and went to sleep 6 hours later I was good as gold. Smell and taste returned and the fever was gone. Ivermectin isn't just antiparsitic but is also antiviral. Reduces inflammation. Fendbendzole is a dog dewormer and studies show it is known to reduce tumor sizes and help with cancer treatments. Imagine a cure so simple.... significant studies on this.
I must have read hundreds of these I took Ivermectin posts and not one mentions the dosage, the form or how long it took to make a difference. So, be helpful, tells us the details please.

Any doctor will tell you dosage is based on several factors but number one thing considered is weight. I think people are wary to say the dosage they took because 1. They're not a doctor and 2. Because the didn't know the proper dosage and 3. Because they realize they're not a horse and not to take the same dosage

Most of my supplements I have taken as a preventative. I started with L-lysine, then K in the autumn of 2021.

My Supplements
D (50k) Rx, 1x weekly

Daily, as per label
(Note: I don't always take daily, sometimes every other day because unless I am sick I can be slack about taking pills, I hate taking pills)

K (550mg) - take this with a daily D
I take it daily, pretty regularly

Take these two at the same time:
  • Zinc (30mg) (Acetate, Picolinate, & Orotate)
  • Quercetin (250mg)
Amino acids
  • L-lysine (500mg)
  • DMG (125mg)
NAC (600mg)
This has helped me when I get URI, or after I inhale dirt while mowing, anything to do with respiratory issues, cough, allergies

Biotin (5000mcg)
Cranberry (500mg)

The cranberry has been helpful for UTI prevention, personal experience

Biotin has been helpful for fungal infections, personal experience

When I take my supplements fairly regularly I notice a difference. I come home from a 10 hour work day and instead of collapsing in my chair I go outside and mow the lawn, etc. When I don't take them regularly is when I really notice!

See attached photo of my supplement list.

I hope that helps.

Yes, I am NOT an MD, just an older woman who reads a lot, has lived some, and listens to her body. I do that which seems to make me feel better. I make no guarantees.

For those people who are considering trying Ivermectin and your doctors refuse to give guidance on the matter as is mostly the case in the UK this link may prove interesting.
NOTE. I am not endorsing this site or any of the information that can be found on it. Do read the supporting evidence. I know it's tedious.
