I work in a school, so I know a lot of people. People were dying and being hospitalized, and then not so much. Just because one thing is not true does not make the opposite true.

Natural immunity (as well as herd immunity) is also true. May very well have happened around the same timeframe, especially because all those kids who barely got sick from Covid really carried the herd immunity.

After so many of their so-called truths (social distancing, masking, origin of the virus, etc.) have been ruled as false and ineffective, and we know how terribly the numbers of deaths in the hospitals were reported (monetary incentive should have never been a thing, but was), and we know how poorly the vaccine efficacy as well as side effects have been tracked, I’m not sure how anyone believes a thing surrounding the vaccines anymore. Especially because we know they knew full well they weren’t nearly as safe or effective as they claimed. But there’s no money to be made in vaccine hesitancy.

People lost their lives and children’s lives because a corrupt company and corrupt system wanted your money and gave you made up truths to meet that end. If that doesn’t enrage you, you’re their target audience. How much money does Anthony Fauci make every year? How much did he make during the pandemic? How many things has he now admitted were false or not supported by enough research?

The news isn’t news, it’s a script paid for by the same people trying to get you to buy their product. It’s really not super complicated.

I'll grant the possibility of truth in this statement, but will also state that I had 7 friends and family die of Covid and one friend with permanent heart/lung damage - all non vaccinated. I know of no people who have died of the vaccine or side effects thereof. My wife and I are vaccinated and 'multi' boosted. We have had Covid twice. Both times after air travel. Mild cases rapidly resolved. I'll go with what works for me and grant you the right to do what works for you.

You say the things I think, I just wish I was as articulate as you to express them. I pray for the people who fell for all the lies. I pray they don't become victim to the mega cancers and heart problems the vaccines caused/are causing. I pray for more people like you, truth sayers are desperately needed in today's society.

Everyone should absolutely have the right to choose. Everyone should be able to have unbiased, informed consent. Which we have not had and still do not fully have. That’s what I have a problem with. I don’t care if other people vaccinate even if I don’t, I just don’t think any of us should accept being lied to or manipulated. Because whether or not the vaccines have worked for you, you didn’t get the whole story of their safety and efficacy even though it was available, and that was intentional. And that shouldn’t sit right with any of us. Because many fellow Americans HAVE died as a result of those lies, and we should be able to stand united against that kind of neglect and corruption. So when we flippantly say “Wonderful, put them out of business, then who will protect us from the next pandemic.” @BigBlueHen53 then we’re essentially saying we’re willing to sweep those details under the rug. Which I cannot understand even a little bit.

The politicization of this disease along with propaganda/details presented from BOTH sides and acceptance of this propaganda from both sides is real. Frankly, I am dubious of all, but will still go with the science as it evolves and what has worked for me. Death from Covid was real and devastating. Hopefully the virus has attenuated to the point that this will not occur again.

I agree the politicization was real, I also agree death from Covid was real. I also know hospital protocols killed more than was necessary. Ventilators and remdisivir were a death sentence to many and I’m thankful that’s been made known now. Again, studies done on remdisivir were not made public knowledge and should have been. But ventilators and remdisivir brought in more money than alternative treatments, and ultimately labeling deaths as Covid deaths also brought in more money so there was no hurry to change protocols. The depths of the corruption is what should bother us all.

Sadly, medicine like politics has become a business rather than a service. This is why we must advocate for ourselves in both arenas.
