Does he smell bad? Have you had other sick birds before with similar symptoms? Did you figure out what that thing was coming out of his nostril or stuck to his comb a year ago? I would follow dawg53’s advice about antibiotics. Sulfa antibiotics are best for coryza.

No smell at all no other birds he was part of a small flock years ago he outlived them all he’s about 14/15 years old
Never find out what the other bump was it just disappeared I kept washing it then during winter it was gone

Sulmet I can’t order without a script it says on that website any other suggestions? And what can I use for his eyes ?

Is there a bad odor?

How about lice/mites around the crest, face/eyes have you noticed any on the body?

Can he eat o.k.? His beak is a bit overgrown, but if he's not having issues, then I'd not worry with the beak right now.

His crest is interesting, can you get some photos of the other side too?
I have to ask, is it stiff and crunchy like it looks in the photos or is that ointment or something?

For the eyes, I'd gently cleanse with saline. If you have Terramycin eye ointment, place a dot of ointment in each eye. Do this at least once daily.

Other eye is open and not at bad
He’s eating and drinking and slowly walking around no worse but no better
I got the meds suggested in this thread started that 3 days ago ..except for the Sulmet can’t get that anywhere one place online is sold out
His crest is hard it’s not food build up but it’s been like that a long time …

Thanks for clarifying the crest, I didn't think it was food, just curious what it felt like. I don't know what caused that, it's interesting and wonder if it's something like excess keratin that has slowly grown over the years.

I just posted on your thread. Coryza causes a bad odor, swollen pus filled eye, thick yellow nasal mucus, cough, and congestion with noisy breathing. This looks like something stung your chicken, or something growing inside the beak.
