When I was growing up, my mom would put a large lettuce leaf on a plate. Then top that with cottage cheese and put peach slices on top. We thought it was so good and super fancy

My mom would do it in a bowl with cinnamon and raisins. It was really her treat but when she wasn't looking we would snitch bites.
