My mom would do it in a bowl with cinnamon and raisins. It was really her treat but when she wasn't looking we would snitch bites.

I really love good cottage cheese. I am a bit picky when it comes to my cottage cheese. I use to love foster farms cottage cheese, but I don't see it in stores anymore. Trader Joe's also had amazing cottage cheese. I would sit down with the tub and eat the whole thing. They switched providers and it is pretty blah now. I have tried a lot of brands and they are mushy or super dry. It is really hard to find decent cottage cheese, which is such a bummer .
