Nothing moldy. Cottage cheese they would love, but not moldy.

Moldy food can kill chickens. Stale's ok, though.

I never feed my chickens anything I would not eat. Yuck, moldy cottage cheese? Giving the something that is not fit for human consumption is asking for trouble in making your birds sick in my opinion.
