Coturnix not laying

I have 10 coturnix hens i bought with 2 males and for the first few days i had them they layed every day now i havent seen an egg in 2 1/2 weeks.

The stress of a new environment/home has caused them to temporarily stop egg production. The initial eggs that they layed were eggs that were 'in production' when you purchased them.

I seen my quail eating, laying, and mating less this time a year. The stress and different kind of food also make them stop laying. They do require about 14 hrs of light a day.

Well ive had them for about 2 weeks now and i dont have a light in their cage

Might be not enough lights for them to lay....If you want to force them to lay and get light....some people like to give them a break!
