Coturnix quail - Are these Male? and what color variety?

well, I hatched some quail eggs that i bought at these two hatched. I have only ever hatched the regular brown coturnix quail, so I have no idea ( well i sort of have an idea) whether these two are males? and exactly what color variety are they? Thanks for your help.

I have to say they both look like males...as far as color type, they are Italian/golden speckled.
