I may need to buy from your coturnix egg fund (Or swap) in the spring as well! I'm always going ot be on the look out for new lines (from different breeders--so far all of my birds are mixed from eachother in the pens I've got them in it's pretty fun) LOL!

I think the wilds are GORGEOUS!!! However anything blue gets me going....when i bred rabbits i jsut HAD to have blue otter holland lops, and blue torts...and I have blue eyed cocker spaniel (well only one of his eyes is blue..) LOL!!!!

Oddly enough though, my favorite color is black.

My SIL is a breeder in SC (kayjay300 on ebay) and that's where I got my start.

He's really a wild colored male??? He has such a beautiful cinnamon breast and blue feathers...but Kpax's mom is a beautiful silver female. I have several pure whites and haven't hatched any pure whites yet. Hopefully in the hatch I'm hatching now I'll get some.

I think blue birds are just different, maybe that's why you like them so much!! They have more of an exotic feel to them. Naturally blue (real blue, not grey that is called blue) animals are rare, so that's probably why!

I too think the wild is very pretty. The blue face is kind of funky looking!
