No real need for the vinegar. I get the water boiling, drop the eggs in and let them boil for 4 minutes. I then remove and drop immediately into ice water; remove from there a few at a time, drop in the can and shake the can vigorously a few times. The shells come right off. My son uses this method to make bite-size deviled eggs all the time

Did I miss this?

Is the Cinnamon the light Tibetan or is the light Tibetan the Fawn or Rosseta as it seems to be Called now?

What do I cross to get Cinnamon?
How do I get Rosseta?

To start out I need the basic colors, then I want to breed my own crosses. To play with colors, I am thinking I need Wild, Tibetan, English White or Texas A&M and ???

for roesetta try British range ( tibetan) X Pharoh . Cinnamon?? send a PM to Darkfur they have some wonderful notes on genetics for coturnix
